3. MAIN TYPES OF BET

3.1 The main types of bets differ: "single", "multiple bet" and "combined multiple".

3.1.1Simple Bet (Single) - a bet in which it is necessary to predict the outcome of a single event. Single bets are accepted for any event in the available lineup of events and odds. Winnings on single bets are equal to the bet amount multiplied by the win coefficient.

3.1.2 Multiple Bet (Multibet) - a bet in which it is necessary to predict the outcome of more than one event. Several independent events can be combined into a multiple bet. The multiple bet is lost when you lose on any of the combined events. Interrelated events are not included in "multiple" bets. Incorrect combination of such events in a multiple bet results in them being excluded from the bet. In particular, bets on the game (odds or total) and bets on the following list in a game (periods, corners, points scored by players, among others) are considered interrelated events. The inclusion of several events and markets in the same combination of “multiple” and “combined multiple” bets is not permitted, even if they are not directly related. If all events relating to a particular game are included in the "multiple" or "combined multiple" bet, this bet will be refunded even if the program for accepting bets has not blocked it. The win coefficient is equal to the product of the win coefficients of the events combined in the multiple bet.

3.1.3 Combined Multiple Bet (System) - These are all possible combinations of events in a "multiple" bet equal in number, chosen from several events selected by the player. Winnings on “combined multiple” bets are calculated as the sum of the winnings on “multiple” bets included in the combined multiple bet.

The final odds for winnings on all forms of classified betting are defined taking into account specialties, the postponement of the event or the transfer of the event to another date. In these cases the odds of winning are "1".

4. RESOLUTION AND MARKETS

4.1 Casa de Apostas is doing its best to provide a clear description of each market, so that the customer has no doubts about the offer. However, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure they know where they are betting. After the bet has been placed, Casa de Apostas will not accept any complaints based on market recognition and how the result is calculated.

4.2 The outcome in events must be determined in accordance with the playing time specified in these rules, unless otherwise specified in a line bet. The bet is won if the result is predicted correctly.

4.3 Casa de Apostas will do its best to obtain information first-hand (during or even after the end of the event), through TV broadcasts, streaming (web-based and through other sources), as well as official websites. If this information is omitted from first-hand viewing and/or official sources and/or there is an obvious error in the information contained in the above sources, the settlement of the wagered bid will be based on other public sources.

4.6.11X2 or V/E/V- The 1X2 or Win/Draw/Victory refers to the possibility of the final result of the event, football or other sport, which has three betting possibilities for the final result in normal game time including stoppage time (if not otherwise indicated). In cases where the market has not indicated the option without a draw, it will be indicated as 12 or V/V.

4.6.2Double Chance - The 'Double Chance' choice contains two or three possible outcomes such as 1X,X2 and 12, combining two alternatives and increasing your chances of winning.

4.6.3Handicap – is indicated by “1” for the first competitor and “2” for the second competitor in an event. The “Draw” alternative may be offered if the market is 3-way. The result of the handicap event takes into account the handicap line and is determined by adding the handicap line to the actual result. If the result obtained is in favor of the chosen alternative, the bet is considered won.

4.6.4Totals or More than/Less than. To win, you must guess whether the marked number will be greater or less than the total given in the line or equal to that number. Only goals that are valid in the opponent's net are counted to determine the individual total. In the case, where the bet is placed on markets like. 4.6.5Outrights. In this bet, it is necessary to guess whether the participant will win or reach a certain level of the competition (Winner, Finalist, Fourth Finalist, or another place) and is determined according to the final place or stage (round) that they will reach in the competition. If the participant reaches the next stage (round) and is subsequently canceled for any reason, the cancellation will not be considered, and payment will be made based on the result of the games that took place. In a bet to reach the next phase (round), when participants meet several times in the event with a change in the sequence of teams (participants) on the field, bets continue to be valid. If one or more games did not take place or were suspended, and if the result of the first game is changed, the resolution is determined by the team (participant) that actually reaches the next stage. If none of the games took place, the winning coefficient will be "1" for bets. If the announced participant in the competition does not complete participation in the competition for any reason (injury, malfunction and so on), bets on the result of this participant are considered valid: they win when the result is achieved and lose when the result is not achieved (unless indicated in the line). If the participant does not play a single game, the winning coefficient will be equal to "1").

4.6.6 Exact Result – You must guess the exact result or scorer of the game.

4.6.7 First (Next) team to score – bet on which team will be the first (next) to score in a particular game.

8.21.5 What is a dead-heat bet?

A dead-heat bet is when two or more runners cannot be separated by the judge, even after consulting the photo finish. When calculating your bets, simply divide the number of horses that won bets in the dead-heat market.

For example:

Your bet is $10.00 on the selection of 11.00 (Potential winnings of $110.00).

His nodead-heat selection with another selection, both horses ended up in 1st place.

You receive half of your bet. Therefore $5.00 with 11.00 = $55.00 total winnings.

APPENDIX 2

Simple bet is a bet in which it is necessary to predict the outcome of a single event. Single bet winnings are equal to the bet amount multiplied by the event odds. You can place a single bet on any event. The winning amount is calculated by multiplying the odds by the bet amount.

Example for simple bets

Win1/DrawX/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Outside
Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7

A bet of $100 is placed on a TIE in the above game. The odds for a DRAW are 3.5. So if a player wins he receives $350 (100x3.5)

Net gain is $250.

topo

Multiple bet is a bet in which it is necessary to predict the results of more than one event simultaneously (the maximum number of events in a multiple bet is 21). If even just one event in the multiple bet is predicted incorrectly, the entire bet will be considered lost. It is possible to combine events from several sports into a multiple bet. Multiple bets are not accepted when the result of one part of the bet contributes to the result of another (in this case the event with the highest odds will be used for calculation purposes, and the other dependent events will be considered with odds of 1.0). The odds of a multiple bet are calculated as the product of the odds of all events included in the bet. Multiple bet winnings are equal to the bet amount multiplied by the multiple bet odds. The total odd (coefficient) of a multiple bet is not limited.

Example for multiple bets

Win1/DrawX/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Outside
Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7
Man U – Real Madrid 1.2 2.5 1.5
Inter – Barcelona 1.7 3.0 1.6

A bet of $100 is placed on Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid, Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN. The odds will be multiplied3.5x1.2x1.7 = 7.14

If the bet wins then the winnings will be $100x7.14 = $714

Net gain is $614.

topo

Combined multiple bet is a complete combination of multiple bets of a given size with events from a pre-defined number of events. Each combination in the combined multiple bet is calculated as a separate multiple bet.

2/3 Combined Multiple Bet Example

Win1/DrawX/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Outside
Chelsea – Liverpool 1.6 3.5 5.7
Man U – Real Madrid 1.2 2.5 1.5
Inter – Barcelona 1.7 3.0 1.6

A bet of $90 is placed on Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN.

It means that a player has placed 3 multiple bets with 2 possible outcomes in each:

No. Simple bet Coefficient Win
1 Chelsea – Liverpool
Man U – Real Madrid
3.5 x 1.2 = 4.2 4.2 x $30 = $126
2 Chelsea – Liverpool
Inter – Barcelona
3.5 x 1.7 = 5.95 5.95 x $30 = $178.5
3 Man U – Real Madrid
Inter – Barcelona
1.2 x 1.7 = 2.04 2.04 x $30 = $61.2

If these bets win, then the player receives $126 + $178.5 + $61.2 = $365.7

topo

3.5 x 1.5 = 5.25 5.25 x $20 = $105
3 Chelsea – Liverpool
R. Nadal - R. Federer
3.5 x 1.6 = 5.6 5.6 x $20 = $112
4 Man U – Real Madrid
Inter – Barcelona
1.2 x 1.5 = 1.8 1.8 x $20 = $36
5 Man U – Real Madrid

6 Inter – Barcelona
R. Nadal - R. Federer
1.5 x 1.6 = 2.4 2.4 x $20 = $48

If these bets win, the player receives $84 + $105 + $112 + $36 + $38.4 + $48 = $423.4

topo

Example of a 3/4 combined multiple bet

Win1/DrawX/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Outside

Man U – Real Madrid
R. Nadal – R. Federer
3.5 x 1.2 x 1.6 = 6.72 6.72 x 30ea = 201.6ea
3 Man U – Real Madrid
Inter – Barcelona
R. Nadal - R. Federer
1.2 x 1.5 x 1.6 = 2.88 2.88 x 30ea = 86.4ea
4 Chelsea – Liverpool
Inter – Barcelona
R. Nadal - R. Federer
3.5 x 1.5 x 1.6 = 8.4 8.4 x 30ea = 252ea

If these bets win, the player receives $189 + $201.6 + $86.4 + $252 = $729

topo

HandicapTo determine the result of a handicap bet, you need to add (if the handicap is positive) or subtract (if the handicap is negative) the handicap from the number of goals scored by the selected team (a handicap on the second team does not count). If after that the result is a victory for the selected team, the bet is considered won. If the calculated result is a draw, the bet is returned.

Handicap Example

90 minutes Home Outside
Inter – Barcelona (0.0) 1.5 (0.0) 2.3

A bet is placed on Barcelona to WIN with a handicap (0.0). To do so, Barcelona must win with any possible result. If the teams TIE then the bet will be returned.

topo

Total goals. The bet is placed on how many goals will be scored in the total of a game.

Example for Total Goals.

Chelsea – Liverpool More than (3.0) 1.7 Under (3.0) 2.0

If the total number of goals scored is less than 3, the winners are those who placed a bet on less than (3.0), and those who placed more than (3.0) will lose, and vice versa if more than 3 goals are scored.

If exactly 3 Goals are scored, bets will be returned.

** If the client believes that his complaint has not been handled satisfactorily and would like to appeal against The Company’s handling of the complaint, player - he/she may refer the dispute to the Designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity (also referred to as ‘the ADR’). The ADR will examine the circumstances of the dispute to decide the outcome thereof. The designated ADR entity provides impartial ADR services for disputes that have arisen between players and The Company, as the B2C operator and Licensee in this case. The ADR has been authorized by the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). To avail oneself of this service, the player will need to adhere to the following guidelines:

1.    ** The player needs to first ensure that he/she has tried to resolve the dispute via The Company’s internal complaints procedure (as per sections above). It is only once this attempt has not been fruitful that the ADR entity will take into consideration any ADR dispute form submitted by a player;
2.    ** Players may only resort to assistance from the ADR if the dispute is not being or has not been handled by another ADR service provider, regulator, or court. The ADR reserves the right to refuse any submission for review of a dispute if it deems the latter to have been submitted to a third party, or if it considers such request to be frivolous, vexatious, or does not relate to the outcome of a gambling transaction (example, betting result, application of bonus offers, misleading terms and conditions, or account management). It may also refuse to consider the dispute if in doing so, the effective operation of the ADR would have been seriously impaired, or if it feels that either of the parties has attempted to intimidate, threaten or exert undue external pressure on the ADR process. A reply informing the parties that the ADR’s refusal to deal with the dispute will be provided within three (3) weeks of submission of request;
3.    ** Once a complaint is escalated to the designated ADR entity, all further communication related to the matter shall be handled through the ADR provider. The Company will fully cooperate with the ADR provider throughout the process.
4.    ** Once the Designated ADR tackles the dispute, the ADR’s outcome is considered to be a binding decision vis-à-vis both the player and The Company. This therefore means that players may only seek further legal and judicial recourse in regards to matters allowed by applicable law. Such circumstances usually include, for instance, situations where the ADR has acted in a serious manner contrary to the rules of impartiality and equity according to law and such action has thereby prejudiced the player’s rights. It is however being made clear that the procedure before an ADR entity does not restrict the player’s right to bring proceedings against The Company in any court of competent jurisdiction;
5.    ** With the exception of when a claim falls outside the competence of the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal in Curacao, The Company may offer the player recourse to a form of non-binding dispute resolution, including mediation. At that stage, the player would also need to be informed of the necessary recourse to obtain a binding decision. For the purposes of clarity, claims of more than € 5,000 or any other currency equal approximately to the 5,000 EUR., fall outside the competence of the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal in Curacao.
6.    ** Once ADR process is completed it cannot be recommenced by either the player or the operator with another different ADR entity. The completed process considers as binding closed and finished. In the event that the player drops out of the ADR process (but it has already begun) – it should be noted the player should not have the right to resurface the dispute in the future and it is closed for same case of complaint.
7.    ** Submission of a request for assistance from the ADR is to be submitted within 6 (six) months from the conclusion of The Company’s review of the complaint;
8.    ** Submissions to the ADR are to take place by means of an e-mail to: : CADRE (Curacao Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity)

Website: https://cadre.online/

Address:  39 Scharlooweg, Willemstad, Curaçao

For filling file a claim/complaint(s) please visit ADR – CADRE website  https://cadre.online/file-a-claim-international/  or you could contact the team directly via contact form.

** The Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) is an Authority – Licensor in Curacao and the CGA will not resolve and or make any decision on any complaints regarding gambling – related transactions, matters etc., on Casino website(s). The CGA is not a judgement Court either or a Commission for private laws and data protection body.

** Only inadequately handled cases - complaints, the decisions made by the operator and/or ADR, provider will be reviewing and/or overturning by the CGA as subject matter. Notwithstanding of the above the Casino is not restricting the player’s ability to contact the CGA directly regarding matters including but not limited to malpractice, breach of license conditions or whistleblowing matter, also decision for initiating a civil or any kind of law suit whatsoever. CGA does not mediate in individual disputes it will use the information to support its supervisory and enforcement actions as Licensor and Authority body ad hoc.

For avoidance of doubt, the Casino will bear all costs of the ADR process of complaints.
